which isn't a fold. Prevent errors in this case, and prevent infinite loops if the top/bottom of buffer is a "...".

Replaces the slow internal state with native folds. Now that nightly supports highlights for folds, we can provide a nice, fast, native experience.

Caveat: Requires nvim 0.10 to get the fold's to be highlighted nicely.
